Through her years of hard work, she obtained extensive experience in valuing real estate and became a well-regarded expert in her field. She well understands that most homes provide both peace of mind as a place to call home and a sense of security as excellent long-term investments.

Melanie actively volunteers in her community and enjoys her role as a board member for River City Theatre Company and her membership in the Elk Grove Rotary Club. Singing with Schola Cantorum, the internationally renowned choir of Sacred Heart Church, is another of her passions.

chris webbChris is a Sacramento native and a born natural for real estate. He grew up in Land Park, and later his family moved to Elk Grove. His parents are both real estate appraisers. Often he tagged along to help hold the measuring tape, and to explore homes, backyards and neighborhoods all over Sacramento. “I learned a lot about real estate just watching and listening to my parents,” says Chris.

Graduating from Sonoma State University with a degree in sociology, Chris worked several years as branch manager at a full service banking center of Chase Bank. “In banking, I developed a passion for helping people obtain true financial success,” says Chris. His wife, Andrea, also a Sonoma State graduate with a degree in psychology, later was offered a job at UC Davis. So they sold their home in Rohnert Park and bought a home in Rosemont to start new careers. “Relocating wasn’t easy, but it was truly an experience from which we both learned and grew.”

Chris definitely has a keen eye for detail. He worked as a real estate photographer and has photographed thousands of properties. “I liked advising sellers that sometimes making a minor change dramatically improves their home’s presentation. That often results in them obtaining a much higher price,” Chris says. Along the way, Chris has acquired investment properties and personally manages all his rentals. “I’ve learned a lot about investment financing and the true costs associated with ownership from my own experience,” says Chris. In his free time he enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee, visiting craft breweries, and spending time with family.

Chris uses only the latest technology. He is insistent that when working with buyers they find the perfect place to call their own. He’s excited to help sellers utilize every opportunity to sell their home to meet both their financial and time goals. Chris believes in providing outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to ensure his customers are completely 100% satisfied with his service. “I view challenges as opportunities,” Chris says, “and will do whatever it takes to make sure my clients' needs are met.” And he does with each and every one of his buyers and sellers.

Michael was born in Carmichael, graduated from high school in Granite Bay, visited often his grandparents in Fair Oaks and his family in Lincoln, and bought his first home in Roseville. While obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, he lived in various Sacramento neighborhoods in and around the college. Needless to say, in Michael’s lifetime he’s come to know almost every corner of the Sacramento and Placer County area.

Family has always been important to Michael. His father has worked for the same local business for over 30 years, and his mother has been a teacher and a school administrator in the public schools for over 35 years. His younger brother, Matthew, graduated from Chico State.

Dedication and commitment have been lifelong values that have been instilled in Michael from past generations. An accomplishment of Michael’s was obtaining the status of Eagle Scout. “For me that was something that didn’t come easily. But it meant I had to be trustworthy, helpful, loyal, friendly, courteous, kind and obedient to earn that special distinction, and I’m proud of it.”

Handling each real estate transaction personally to make sure his client is 100% satisfied is just a natural tendency that comes easily to Michael. He takes care of each person as if they were his family. And he works long and tireless hours to make sure that each and every client knows they are special to him.
